SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Mandatory Items. We provide high-quality tech gear fulfilled directly from our global partners. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and import terms.

1. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled directly from our partner warehouses in Asia to provide competitive pricing.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 14:00 (EEST - Bucharest Time).

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched. You can track your parcel via our website or global tracking services like 17track.net.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)

We utilize specialized logistics lines for safe and reliable delivery.

  • Romania: 8 – 15 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • European Union: 10 – 18 business days.

  • International: 10 – 25 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. We cover the transport costs from our international warehouse to the Romanian border.

4. Import Taxes, Duties & 2026 Logistics Fees

Gal Jonatan Zoltan PFA is a Romanian registered entity. In compliance with Romanian Law 239/2025 and Google Merchant Center transparency policies, please note:

  • VAT Disclosure: Prices displayed on our website are VAT-exclusive. As the goods are shipped from outside the EU, the 21% Romanian VAT will be calculated by Customs and must be paid by the customer to the courier (e.g., Sameday, Fan Courier, or Poșta Română) upon delivery.

  • Mandatory Logistics Fee: Per Law 239/2025 (effective Jan 1, 2026), all non-EU parcels entering Romania are subject to a 25 RON (~5 EUR) logistics fee. This fee is collected by the courier at the time of delivery to cover mandatory customs supervision and handling.

     

  • Non-EU Orders: For international orders outside the EU, all local import duties and taxes remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mandatory Items is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or failure to pay the mandatory state fees (VAT and Logistics Fee) to the courier.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

  • Damaged: Please take photos/videos of the package and contact contact@mandatoryitems.com within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Lost: If no tracking movement is detected for 30+ business days, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
