TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Gal Jonatan Zoltan PFA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mandatory Items. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION & GOVERNING LAW

Gal Jonatan Zoltan PFA is a business entity registered in Romania (CIF: RO46407909 / Reg. No: F14/173/2022). These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sfântu Gheorghe, Covasna.

SECTION 2 - PRICES, TAXES, AND RO E-FACTURA (2026)

• VAT (TVA): As we do not currently operate under the IOSS scheme, prices displayed on the website exclude VAT. Per Romanian law, the 21% VAT and the 25 RON logistics fee (Law 239/2025) are collected by the courier upon delivery.
• RO e-Factura: In compliance with 2026 Romanian tax laws, all transactions are processed via the RO e-Factura system. By purchasing, you agree to provide your Name and Address for the issuance of a digital invoice transmitted to ANAF.
• International: For non-EU orders (e.g., USA, India), the customer is the importer of record and responsible for all local duties.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

• Dropshipping Disclosure: Orders are fulfilled directly from our partner warehouses in Asia. This allows us to provide curated "Mandatory Items" at competitive prices.
• Delivery: Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days. We use specialized lines like CJPacket.
• Risk of Loss: Title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN)

• EU Right: Per GEO 34/2014, you have 14 days from physical receipt to withdraw from this contract.
• Hygiene Exception: Per Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, in-ear headphones (earbuds) cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken or if the product has been used, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
• Return Costs: For "change of mind," the cost of return shipping to our Romanian headquarters is the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 - AGENTIC AI & SCRAPING (2026 UPDATE)

You are prohibited from using automated AI "Agents" or scrapers to harvest data from this site without express written permission or identifying the agent in the HTTP header.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mandatory Items shall not be liable for any injury or loss arising from the use of our products (e.g., chargers/earbuds), except where mandated by ANPC (Romanian Consumer Protection).
